Dojin
Dojin is a Japanese god of earth, land, and soil. We chose this toasted kukicha for its warm, toasty character that has hints of chocolate and coffee. It's composed of the leaf stalks that are obtained in the production of sencha and bancha. Camellia sinensis concentrates most of its caffeine in the leaves of the plant, so this stalk or twig tea is nearly caffeine-free and suitable for most people to drink all day.
