Athena

Also known as Athene, this Greek goddess is associated with wisdom, war, and the arts. She is the daughter of Zeus who emerged fully grown from his forehead. Athena is often depicted in a helmet and carrying a spear or shield, and her major symbols include owls, olive trees, and snakes. She appears in both of Homer's epic poems, the Iliad and the Odyssey, as well as many other Greek myths. We chose this medium-bodied black tea for Athena because it is rich with layered tasting notes which makes it perfect for contemplation.
